Online Faculty Concierge
The Online Faculty Concierge (OFC) team is dedicated to providing Faculty with comprehensive support and guidance regarding their online courses. With technical expertise and a solutions-based approach, our OFC representatives empower Faculty to build and maintain an exceptional online learning experience.

*Saturday: 8:30 am to 5:00 pm (Pacific)
*Please note: Online Faculty Concierge is open only on the weekend prior to the first day of class to actively prepare for the upcoming term. Blackboard 24/7 Support provides after hours and weekend coverage when we are closed.
The Faculty Textbooks department supports requests from processing faculty desk copies and embedding e-books into online courses, to textbook management within SOAR and assisting with third-party integrations.

The Information Technology (IT) Helpdesk provides technical support for inquiries regarding, Single Sign-on (SSO), login ID and password reset, SOAR, Email, and other (non-Blackboard) NUS integrations.

The Blackboard Help Desk provides on-demand technical support and training for faculty and students on the Blackboard learning management system (LMS) including Blackboard Collaborate, SafeAssign, and other Blackboard LMS integrations.
(Please note: The 24/7 Blackboard Help is an external support service hosted directly by Blackboard. This service can be used when internal NU support teams are not available.)
